We would like to cordially invite music industry members to exhibit at ClarinetFest® 2008.  This year's conference will take place on July 2-6, at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and we estimate that over 1,000 people will attend.  The exhibits will be held in the University Center building (Pierson Auditorium, Rooms 106 & 117) on the UMKC campus. 

Exhibit Hours:  July 3-5, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Please remember that space is limited and will be reserved and assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, with special consideration offered to previous exhibitors.  You will be notified about your booth assignment as soon as all the reservations have been received and processed.  About six to eight weeks prior to the conference date, you will receive a packet from George Fern Company, who will be able to assist you with all of your shipping and material handling needs.
