ClarinetFest® 2010

The official hotels for the ClarinetFest® 2010 are DoubleTree Guest Suites–Austin, Sheraton Austin at the Capitol, and the AT&T Conference Center on the UT campus.  Dormitory housing will also be available.

DoubleTree Guest Suites–Austin is located on 303 West 15th Street, Austin, TX  78701.  Our negotiated rate is $139/night for up to four people per room.  You may make reservations by calling 800-222-8733 or 512-478-7000 or through this reservation link.   You must mention or type in the group/convention code ICA in order to get the discounted rate.  The negotiated rate is guaranteed through June 30.  NOTE:  The contract dates with this hotel is July 21-25.  If you wish to make a reservation outside those dates, you will need to call the hotel directly.

Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol is located on 701 East 11th Street, Austin, TX  78701.  The negotiated rate is $139/night for up to two people.  You may make reservations by calling 888-627-8349 or 512-478-1111 and mentioning our group name ClarinetFest® 2010 or through this reservation link.  The negotiated rate has been extended through July 7, so please make your reservations before it is too late.  NOTE:  The contract dates with this hotel are July 21-25.  If you wish to make a reservation outside those dates, please contact Karen Krc, Executive Meeting Manager at kkrc@sheratonaustinhotel.com. 

AT&T Conference Center is located on the UT campus at 1900 University Avenue, Austin, TX  78705.  The negotiated rate is $159/night for up to two people.  Reservations can be made by calling 877-744-8822 or 512-404-3600 (Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST) and mentioning International Clarinet Association.  The negotiated rate is guaranteed through July 9.

Dormitory Housing will be available at San Jacinto Residence Hall through the UT Division of Housing and Food Service.  The cost per room for four nights is $140 for a double room and $280 for a single room.  Each room has a private bathroom and includes bed and bath linens, MicroFridge, 13” TV and clock radio.  Click here to view the UT Campus Map.  San Jacinto Residence Hall is in section labeled #3 and is the SJH building.  NOTE:  The reservation form is no longer available as all dorm rooms have been booked.  If you have questions about an existing reservation, please email dhfs-conferences@austin.utexas.edu.
